Job Title: Commercial HVAC Install Professional
Work Location: Spanish Fork, UT and surrounding area
Work Arrangement: On‑Site and field‑based
Employment Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday through Friday; daily hours vary based on active business demands. This is a variable full‑time role up to 40 hours per week, with weekly hours fluctuating alongside seasonal business needs and project volume. To meet shifting operational deadlines, occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required.
Travel: Daily travel to residential/commercial job sites throughout the local branch’s service region.

What You’ll Do

• Perform HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Assist with installing commercial and residential HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and control issues.
• Work on rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, ductless and ventilation equipment.
• Complete service documentation and communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and a safe work environment.
  

Position Requirements

• HVAC Experience: Previous experience servicing, maintaining, or installing HVAC systems, including light commercial equipment. Familiarity with rooftop units, ventilation equipment, and refrigeration systems is required; experience with HVAC controls is preferred.
• Commercial Kitchen Systems: Experience with grease ducts, commercial kitchen exhaust systems, and make‑up air units is preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required. EPA and RMGA certifications are preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain them if not already certified.
• Professional Qualities: Demonstrates integrity, dependability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Compliance: Must successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
  

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
• Work on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
• Perform physical work throughout the day in varying weather conditions.
  

Compensation

• Base Pay Range: $30.00-50.00 per hour based on experience
• Range Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.
• Other Compensation: Overtime eligibility. See benefits listed above.
• Overtime Classification: Hourly, non‑exempt.
