Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation, and heating equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and system schematics.
• Monitor refrigerant levels and perform leak tests in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with building management systems (BMS) to optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with electricians and plumbers to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements to clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work completed.
