• Diagnose, service and repair heating and air conditioning equipment for commercial, industrial, and medical facilities with emphasis on chiller systems.
• Evaluate facilities for optimal performance on mechanical and controls systems.

• Perform scheduled maintenance on chiller, boiler, cooling tower and related equipment.
• Monitor data platform technology trends to identify opportunities to innovate.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to diagnose, service and repair of heating and air conditioning equipment for commercial, industrial, and medical facilities with heavy emphasis on chiller to include centrifugal magnetic bearing compressors.
• Evaluate facilities for optimal performance on mechanical and controls systems.
• Provide creative and innovative solutions with associated financial impact for clients
• Ability to diagnose, service and repair of heating and air conditioning equipment for commercial, industrial, and medical facilities.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment to include chiller, boiler, cooling tower, and associated equipment
• Monitor developments in data platform technology trends within the industry, pinpointing opportunities to innovate and enhance
