Commercial High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician

S&K Building Services is expanding across the nation and seeking a Commercial High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician. You will support our client base by performing high-rise window cleaning using rope descent or suspended scaffold and stage systems. We promote from within and offer advancement opportunities.

This role supports both Central Wisconsin Window Cleaning and Madison Window Cleaning.

What You'll Do

• Clean windows and glass surfaces with non-abrasive tools.
• Rappel high-rise buildings via rope descent or operate stage and scaffold equipment.
• Communicate with site contacts and obtain work endorsements.
• Complete work timely and according to specifications.
• Transport, set up, and break down high-rise equipment.
• Clean up thoroughly after each job.
• Maintain company vehicle and supplies.
• Attend safety meetings.

Who You Are

• At least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of experience rappelling high-rise buildings.
• 1+ year of stage setup or willingness to train.
• 1+ year operating aerial lifts or willingness to train.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel between Madison, Milwaukee, and surrounding areas.
• Clean appearance and adherence to dress code.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to scale ladders up to 40 ft (training provided).
• Work outdoors and indoors in varying weather.
• Strong time-management and teamwork skills.
• Professional communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Certification in Rope Descent Systems, SPRAT, or suspended scaffold.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
