The Wooten Company, LLC seeks a motivated Groundskeeper to support our commercial department. This role may be full-time or part-time and requires travel between multiple locations during the day, adapting to seasonal operations.

You will maintain exterior spaces, assist residents and colleagues, and contribute to snow/ice removal and landscape tasks. A positive attitude and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel between multiple locations daily.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to seasonal needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior spaces and common areas of commercial properties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues.
• Manage trash and debris removal across properties.
• Perform breezeway housekeeping.
• Execute seasonal snow and ice removal procedures.
• Conduct regular flower and tree maintenance.
• Remove dog waste and cigarette butts from designated areas.
• Support the Maintenance Technician with additional duties.
