Formación

• Seasoned customer service mindset with residents, visitors and staff.
• Ability to clean and maintain indoor/outdoor spaces to high standards.
• Willingness to perform groundskeeping and light maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional customer service to residents, visitors, and team members.
• Ensure property grounds remain free of trash, litter, and debris.
• Inspect and maintain building exteriors, signage, and common space presentation.
• Perform basic pool maintenance and regular safety checks.
• Maintain walkways, entryways, and breezeways.
• Execute seasonal snow and ice removal procedures.
• Assist with basic landscaping care, including flower beds and tree maintenance.
• Manage pet waste stations and sanitation needs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians on larger projects.
