Emerald Blue is seeking a Furniture Installer to unpack, install, and assemble commercial furniture in central Wisconsin locations, including Green Bay area offices. You will ensure precise placement, safety, and high service levels for both residential and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes reliability, blueprint literacy, and collaborative work with teams to meet installation timelines while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in office furniture installation is a plus.
• Familiarity with small hand tools is required.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or related field is advantageous.

Salary Range: $18-$19 per hour, based on experience

Your Role

As a Furniture Installer, you will play a vital role in unpacking, installing, and assembling various types of furniture for both residential and commercial clients. You will work in centrally located commercial office buildings around the Green Bay, WI area, ensuring a convenient commute and comfortable indoor work environment. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Unpack & Install: Bring energy and precision as you unpack, install, and rearrange commercial furniture to exceed customer expectations.
• Punctuality & Consistency: Show up ready to work and contribute daily, making reliability a cornerstone of our success.
• Blueprint Mastery: Follow detailed blueprints and installation techniques with accuracy, ensuring every piece is perfectly placed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs.

Travel Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from different job site locations.
• Must be able to travel up to 10 days a month.
