gpac, partnered with a flooring company in Miami, seeks a skilled estimator to guide projects from initial estimate to completion. This role blends estimating, sales, and project coordination for commercial flooring projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in commercial flooring estimating or project sales, solid product knowledge, and a customer‑focused mindset. You will manage schedules, vendors, and budgets to deliver value for clients.

• Strong product knowledge.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial flooring projects.
• Build lasting customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage projects from the initial estimate through final completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, materials, vendors, installers, and internal resources.
• Provide customers and stakeholders with timely project updates.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Recommend flooring products and solutions based on each customer's needs.
