Job summary

Shrader Tire & Oil in South Bend, IN, is seeking a Commercial Fleet Store Manager to oversee daily operations at the Fleet Service Center. You will supervise tire technicians and mechanics and ensure high-quality service, parts management, and efficient workflow.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience in trucking and tire maintenance, with HD truck repair certifications preferred. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are important for success.

• Oversee parts ordering, inventory, and verification.
• Ensure diagnostic inspections and final quality checks.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 5+ years of management experience and truck/tire maintenance
• Heavy Duty Truck Repair certifications (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Must be able to lift, twist, push/pull, bend, squat, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
