Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Commercial Automotive Fleet Sales Manager to expand our fleet sales department. The role focuses on government and commercial fleet sales, quotations, and ordering to support long-term business relationships.

Candidate should have at least 2 years in automotive sales/ordering, with a preference for government/fleet experience; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive sales/ordering experience.
• Experience with government contracts or fleet ordering preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with commercial, fleet, and government customers.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years automotive sales/ordering experience required
• Commercial, fleet, or government sales ordering experience preferred
• GM, Chrysler, or multi-line experience a plus
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with vehicle specifications and aftermarket equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record
