Manatal in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Fire Sprinkler Estimator to build accurate estimates and proposals for commercial fire sprinkler systems. You will review plans, specs, site conditions, and codes to define scope, equipment, and layouts, and serve as a technical resource for Sales during the sales process.

You will analyze plans, prepare estimates, join site visits, produce system layouts, write technical docs, and coordinate with internal teams to meet bid requirements.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in commercial fire sprinkler.
• Experience configuring sprinkler and suppression systems.
• Able to travel to job sites locally within Arizona.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods and costs.

Aufgaben

• Analyze plans, specifications, and code requirements, and advise on project needs.
• Prepare estimates, design proposals, and material and equipment lists.
• Join Sales Executives on job site visits and customer calls.
• Produce system layouts, diagrams, scope narratives, bills of materials, equipment matrices, and subcontractor RFPs.
• Write technical documentation, including system specs and project plans.
• Answer client questions, run product demos, and resolve technical concerns during pre-sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver designs that meet bid requirements.
