As a Consultant with Guidehouse, you will support project teams both at client sites and internally. You will support project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. As a Consultant, you will create and present quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams. You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks. As a Consultant, you will follow a clearly defined career path and continue to deepen your specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills. As you develop project management skills and leadership abilities, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Senior Consultant level. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2+ years of experience in the banking industry or commercial financial services consulting, experience in operational risk and/or big bank compliance, banking regulations and compliance, risk and controls current state assessments (including process mapping), ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging client focused environment, excellent communication skills, ability to travel up to 100%, proficiency in Microsoft Office, creative problem-solving ability, focus on exceptional quality, leadership skills, and a highly motivated attitude. Sponsorship for work visa is not available. Preferred qualifications include prior management consulting experience, CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP or other relevant certifications, and an MBA or MA/MS degree. The annual salary range is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Guidehouse offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, disability, student loan paydown, tuition reimbursement, and more.
