Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 3+ years of commercial finance experience, preferably wholesale/inventory/lease.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of credit policies, risk frameworks, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio, credit and operational performance reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity for timely reporting.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and Business Development teams on KPIs.
• Assist with audits and maintain documentation and controls.
• Support policy reviews and documentation accuracy.
• Communicate risk insights to balance prudent risk with growth.
