Candidate should have 8+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions and representing lenders in commercial finance and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, as well as experience in drafting purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents. Additionally, the candidate should have experience representing lenders in commercial mortgage transactions, drafting loan documents, reviewing title commitments and surveys, as well as conducting due diligence.

Candidates must be active members in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential. The successful candidate will also be able to interact effectively with clients.
