Our reputable law firm is actively seeking a seasoned Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney with a proven track record in civil litigation. This exceptional opportunity offers the chance to work with a dynamic team of professionals in the legal industry, handling a diverse caseload and representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, interacting with clients, and working collaboratively within our team to provide top-tier legal services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an associate attorney, preferably in insurance defense.
• Extensive experience in civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial experience, and settlement negotiation.
• Proficient in legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
