Orion Placement is seeking a qualified attorney to represent institutional lenders and borrowers in high-value commercial finance transactions. You will draft, negotiate, and close syndicated and portfolio financing deals with a strong emphasis on secured transactions under UCC Article 9.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and an active bar license in PA, AZ, or MN depending on the chosen office.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of commercial finance or secured transactions experience.
• Strong working knowledge of UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy code.
• Transactional experience with syndicated or portfolio finance deals.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills.

• Experience with workouts, restructurings, M&A, or private equity is a plus.

Location
