Confidential Employer in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an experienced commercial finance attorney to represent institutional lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions, including syndicated and portfolio deals.

The role emphasizes UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy considerations, with a hybrid in-office schedule and opportunities for mentorship and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial finance or secured transactions experience.
• Strong working knowledge of UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy code.
• Transactional experience with syndicated or portfolio finance deals.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills.
• Active bar license in PA, AZ, or MN depending on office location.
• Experience with workouts, restructuring, M&A, or private equity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent institutional lenders and borrowers in complex commercial finance transactions.

Location
