Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County office seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Commercial Finance practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset backed loans.

Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience will also be considered. Excellent academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in due diligence, documentation and negotiation of lending transactions.
• Support closing of sophisticated lending transactions.
