• 3+ years of commercial finance experience
• Experience with private credit, asset-based lending or leveraged finance
• Experience representing financial institutions or investors
• Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic credentials
• Team-oriented and motivated to grow within a sophisticated finance practice
