Orionplacement is seeking a real estate finance professional with at least 2 years of transactional experience to join our team in Philadelphia, PA, or Washington, DC. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration with partners while working on sophisticated construction financing and capital structures.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills. We offer competitive compensation with a base salary of $205,000 - $275,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate finance transactional experience.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location.
• Experience on lender-side, borrower-side, or a blend of both is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, capital providers, and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents for construction, mezzanine, preferred equity, and structured financings.
• Advise on distressed commercial real estate matters from a transactional perspective.

Location
