Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting concepts (debits/credits, P&L and balance sheet).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required.
• Experience working with large datasets and BI/reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financials and provide commercial insights to support decision-making.
• Manage customer rebates and marketing allowances; ensure accurate accruals and detailed reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities across regions.
• Prepare monthly management reports and investigate variances against budget and forecast.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, AR, and Accounting to optimize trading agreements and trade spend.
