Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial construction sales with fencing experience and proven ability to sell to GC, developers, and property managers. Base pay is $80K per year with uncapped commissions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of commercial construction sales, estimating, business development, or related experience
- Commercial fencing experience, strongly preferred
- Experience selling to general contractors, developers, property managers, municipalities, or similar commercial customers
- Ability to read construction drawings, plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Understanding of construction costs and gross margin
- Strong prospecting, relationship-development, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Experience using CRM, estimating, takeoff, or construction-related technology
