EmergencyMD is looking for an experienced Facility Maintenance worker for our busy commercial building in Melville, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in Electrical, Carpentry, and Plumbing trades, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical, Carpentry, and Plumbing trades.
• Proficient in reading and writing English; bilingual is a plus.
• General knowledge of construction with experience in sheetrock, taping, spackling, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a busy commercial building.
• Perform repairs including plumbing fixture replacements and lighting fixture installations.
