The Opportunity
The Commercial Excellence Manager works out of either our Austin, TX or Sylmar, CA location in the Cardiac Rhythm Technologies division. This is a fully onsite role.
As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
The Commercial Excellence Manager is responsible for the execution and ongoing management of commercial initiatives. Leads strategic, complex process improvement projects in conjunction with division goals and imperatives for increasing revenue, productivity, optimizing cycle time and improving customer satisfaction. Is accountable for delivering strategic results by working cross functionally, driving sustained process improvements that increase implants and revenue. Will support key commercial projects focused on resource allocation and commercial support investment. Must be able to analyze and dissect large data sets, identify trends, opportunities, propose recommendations and drive results that positively impact our commercial product implant trajectory. The scope will cover the time horizon of -12 months pre-launch (where applicable) to +18 months out.
Reports to the Director of Commercial Execution.

The base pay for this position is $111,300.00 – $222,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
