Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience, preferably in top-tier management consulting.
• Strong ability to structure complex problems into executive-ready narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for Board/C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Build BOD-ready materials from input across commercial, market access, pricing, and marketing.
• Develop executive-level reports and compensation materials as needed.
• Create launch-ready commercial narratives and ensure consistency across workstreams.
• Train Leadership Team on structured slide-building and storytelling (pyramid principle, executive summaries).
