What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze information on subject property characteristics and input findings into reports
- Conduct searches for comparable sales to estimate market value using the Sales Comparison Approach
- Analyze various comparable data and make recommendations for adjustments
- Recommend weighting of comparables for value estimates to be sent for approval
- Complete income approaches and/or land evaluations with guidance from senior analysts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Typically 2-5 years of experience in real estate, appraisal, or lending
- Strong understanding of commercial evaluation concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with commercial databases such as CoStar and Loopnet
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
