Responsibilities

• Assist in developing tailored solutions based on customer requirements and RFPs.
• Perform equipment selections and technical calculations for LV/MV gear.
• Apply Quote Configurator to provide quote support.
• Review custom service orders and provide technical instructions.
• Support Vertiv Sales and customers with technical input throughout the process.
• Follow up on opportunities to determine win/loss status.
• Update quotation info and assist with orders for smooth handover.
