Job summary

A leading title agency in Elkhart is seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to manage all aspects of the commercial closing process. The role requires expert knowledge of commercial title and escrow transactions, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Candidates must have at least 2-4 years in the Commercial Escrow/Title industry and a High School Diploma or GED, with knowledge of ResWare and Microsoft Office preferred. We're looking for energetic and self‑motivated individuals to join our team of commercial title and escrow experts. We're currently searching for an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer for our office in Elkhart.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Expert knowledge of and adherence to the commercial title and escrow transaction processes.
• Next‑level customer service and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external commercial clients.
• Manage all aspects of the commercial closing process.
• Efficiently and expediently resolve any commercial title issues that arise.
• Exhibit organization, accuracy, and problem‑solving competencies.
• Communicate clearly using both written and verbal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior Commercial Escrow/Title industry experience required (at least 2‑4 years).
• Experience directly handling commercial escrow transactions.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of ResWare and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.
