Job summary

PriorityOne Group is seeking a Commercial Equipment Technician to repair, maintain and install commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment. A company van, inventory, and mobile tools are provided; on-site service with documentation via iPad is required.

Requires EPA universal license with preference for CFESA or journeyman certifications, plus 3+ years of related experience. Training, vehicle upkeep, and customer relations are key responsibilities for this role.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigeration universal license is required.
• CFESA certification and/or Journeyman licenses or vendor training are preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain additional manufacturer/service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment per schedule and standards; troubleshoot on site.
• Document work clearly and submit orders per policy.
• Coordinate with management to schedule work promptly.
• Keep the service vehicle clean and logged with routine maintenance and supplies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relations in the field.
• Train new employees on Field Service Technician duties.
• Develop and implement quality control training for technicians.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
