Job summary

Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service in McAllen, TX is seeking a Commercial Equipment Service Technician to install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment at customer sites. You will provide excellent customer service, complete service calls on time, and participate in after-hours on-call schedules.

A valid driver's license and safety-conscious mindset are required. Veterans encouraged; CFESA & EPA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related fields (military experience encouraged).
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills required.
• Excellent customer communication skills essential.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and warewashing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
