Job summary

Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service is seeking a qualified Commercial Equipment Service Technician to service commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment in the Austin area. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair at customer sites, ensuring high-quality, timely service and excellent customer communication.

Veterans encouraged to apply, with electrical/mechanical skills and a valid driver’s license. CFESA and EPA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.

What does a Commercial Equipment Service Technician do?

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards because you will be driving our cool vans!
