Job description

Overview:

This position is responsible for providing support for Commercial Equipment Finance origination requests, customer services, reporting, and post-closing activities to sales representatives across the footprint and its internal partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Equipment Finance Representatives (EFRs) and supported Bank regions on portfolio administration, including nCino input, system setup, and post-closing activities.
2. Perform performance analytics and reporting.
3. Interact with Bank regions to ensure equipment-specific lease/loan products are accurately input throughout the transaction lifecycle.
4. Assist EFRs and regions with product-specific modifications and post-closing requests.
5. Handle special projects or assignments as requested by management.
6. Monitor Collateral Exceptions Transactions.
7. Work independently and in team environments.
8. Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls in line with Bank and regulatory standards.
9. Maintain internal control standards, including timely responses to audit points and regulatory issues.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to less experienced personnel.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibilities:

The position operates semi-independently with oversight from management.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant operational, business analytics, finance, or accounting experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 2 years in operational, business analytics, finance, or accounting roles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, time management, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field plus at least 2 years of Commercial Banking and Customer Service experience. Alternatively, a combined 6 years of higher education and/or work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Commercial Banking and Customer Service.

Additional Details:

Salary Range: $60,890.34 - $101,483.90 annually (USD). Compensation will depend on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
