Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is hiring Entry Door Installer Trainees to install a variety of entry doors and door hardware. You must troubleshoot, work without supervision, and have great attention to detail with a valid driver’s license.

Job responsibilities include installing products, identifying opportunities to upsell, and maintaining paperwork with safety as a priority. This is a hands-on training role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds over your head
• Commercial door experience and welding experience is a plus but not required
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in construction or skilled trades is helpful

Responsibilities

• Install all products, including doors and dock equipment, cleanly and accurately
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit in a timely manner
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties
• Other responsibilities as assigned
