Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in San Antonio, TX, is hiring Entry Door Installer Trainees to install entry doors and door hardware across San Antonio and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot, work independently, and demonstrate attention to detail. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.

Prior construction or trades experience such as general laborer, installer, carpenter, or mechanic is beneficial. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds over head.
• Construction/ trades experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install doors and dock equipment cleanly and accurately.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and submit job paperwork promptly.
• Maintain safety-conscious approach while performing duties.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

You must be able to troubleshoot, work without supervision, and have great attention to detail. Valid driver’s license required with a good driving record.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install all products, to include doors and dock equipment cleanly and accurately
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Tracking and maintaining job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Always operating in safety conscious manner while performing job duties
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds over your head
• Commercial door experience and welding experience is a plus but not required
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in construction, as a general laborer, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, assembly worker, or any skilled trade is helpful
