Copper Canyon Electric in Arizona is seeking a skilled Commercial Electrician to join our growing team. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings, ensuring code compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience; 5 years total including troubleshoot.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and ability to read blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial facilities (offices, retail, warehouses, industrial).
• Read blueprints, schematics, and drawings to plan layouts.
• Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, lighting, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure installations comply with NEC and Arizona regulations.
• Test circuits and continuity with appropriate instruments.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on sites.
• Document work performed, materials used, and issues encountered.
• Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians as needed.
