Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled electrician maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective electrical work at our commercial client sites in McRae–Helena, GA. The role may include light installations and mentoring junior technicians while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Responsibilities include repairing, testing, and maintaining electrical circuits and equipment, reading blueprints, and documenting work in our CMMS system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4-6 years construction or maintenance experience in commercial environments.
• Ability to read and decipher blueprints, as-built documents and electrical diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances.
• Inspects, tests, and performs preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Isolates defects in wiring, switches, motors, and other equipment.
• Maintains emergency generators and high voltage switch gear.
• Ensures safety procedures and building codes are followed.
• Trains other technicians and provides mentorship.
