IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc., is seeking a full-time Electrician in Auburn, Alabama.

The role involves reading electrical drawings, terminating cables, installing and troubleshooting control wiring, and supervising safety compliance on job sites. The position requires 4 years of commercial electrical experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and OSHA 10 or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 4 years recent commercial electrical field experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background and MVR checks when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Performs all electrical tasks with general supervision.
• Reads and accurately interprets construction electrical drawings, terminates cables, installs and troubleshoots control wiring from drawings.
• Monitors work in progress and reports variances in a timely manner.
• Completes other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Works from all types of ladders.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
