Job summary

Craftsmen Resources LLC is seeking a Commercial Electrician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in retail, office, and institutional buildings in Oklahoma. You will read blueprints, wire motors and controls, install conduit, and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.

This is a full-time, on-site role with overtime opportunities. You should have 3+ years of commercial electrician experience, knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E, and preferred Oklahoma apprentice/journeyman

• OK Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and applicable local codes.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Install and terminate motors, controls, and circuit breakers.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Electrician, you will handle installations in new construction and renovation projects, perform routine maintenance, and swiftly diagnose electrical issues. You’ll collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure each job meets local code requirements and client specifications. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Install, wire, and terminate motors, controls, and circuit breakers
• Install, bend and place a variety of conduit including EMT and Rigid Pipe
• Install switches, receptacles, and various electrical components
• Install wiring systems, conduit, lighting fixtures, receptacles, and panelboards
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in lighting, HVAC, and power systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections on electrical components
• Coordinate with project teams to sequence electrical work alongside other trades
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and local electrical codes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial electrician experience
• OK Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician license preferred
• In-depth knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and applicable local codes
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment (multimeter, megger)
• Strong blueprint-reading and circuit-labeling skills
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to safety

Pay Range: $20.00 – $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime
