This role requires a skilled electrical professional with strong troubleshooting abilities, leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service and safety standards.The Commercial Electrical Foreman will plan, coordinate, supervise, and participate in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities while directing the work of electricians and apprentices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical systems, emergency power systems, switchgear, transformers, lighting, controls, and data cabling; interpreting blueprints and specifications; managing labor and material tracking; ordering materials; coordinating with project managers, estimators, contractors, and customers; and ensuring all work meets company standards, project requirements, and National Electrical Code compliance.The ideal candidate is a licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong commercial electrical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage field operations.
