Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on active projects. You will ensure quality installations, safety, and on-time delivery while coordinating with project managers and other trades.

This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, NEC knowledge, and proven field management. You’ll read blueprints, bend conduit, and drive a culture of accountability on site. You will mentor junior electricians and help scale the team with company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial electrician experience in the field.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years conduit bending experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and lead electrical crew on active commercial job sites

What You Need

• Proven experience running commercial electrical projects in the field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands‑on approach — you lead from the front, not the sideline
• Solid knowledge of electrical installation methods, NEC standards, and jobsite coordination
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must own basic hand tools
