Position Overview:
As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for independently managing and preparing accurate cost estimates for a wide range of high-rise, multi-unit residential, and commercial building projects. This role requires an expert understanding of the construction process and the ability to deliver accurate estimates on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Utilize Accubid software to develop comprehensive and competitive bids.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure the best value.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value-engineering solutions.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary information.
• Maintain an organized database of historical cost data and pricing trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator, specifically in high-rise, multi-unit residential, and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Accubid software is required.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration.
