Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting is partnering with a respected commercial drywall contractor in Lyndhurst, NJ to hire a Project Manager. You will lead commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with owners, GC, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of drywall PM experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation, including OST or similar

• 3+ years of commercial drywall project management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review project plans, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Monitor job costs and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain strong communication with customers while providing exceptional service.
• Support field operations to ensure quality workmanship and safe project execution.
