Precision Walls, Inc. seeks experienced Commercial Drywall Finishers to join our team on commercial projects. You will perform finishing steps, inspect surfaces, and ensure a high-quality finish according to blueprints.

Candidates should have 3+ years in drywall finishing, be comfortable with stilts and scaffolding, and work well in a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, as are strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Requires minimum 3 years of experience in drywall finishing.
• Must be safe with stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
• Compliant with safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Very good verbal and written communication; listens to instructions.
• Dependable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform all steps of drywall finishing as a team.
• Understand the 5 levels of finishing and demonstrate each.
• Utilize tools and finish surfaces per blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect drywall surfaces for imperfections and correct joints.
• Install corner beads, trim beads, and ensure straight, plumb finishes.
• Oversee less experienced installers and laborers.
• Coordinate with GC and other subcontractors on project expectations.
• Patch/repair drywall to like-new appearance.
