Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Finishers to join our team in Wilmington, NC. You will perform all steps of drywall finishing as part of a skilled crew and ensure high-quality results on commercial projects.

You will apply knowledge of the five finishing levels, select appropriate joint compound, and coordinate with general contractors. The role requires safe operation on ladders and scaffolds and may involve supervising junior installers.

Qualificações

• Must have 3 years of experience and skill with production finishing.
• Experience using stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders.
• Committed to safety procedures and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Dependable transportation and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all steps of drywall finishing as a team.
• Understand the 5 levels of finishing and demonstrate each.
• Use tools such as finishing knives and mud pans to achieve a clean finish.
• Patch and repair drywall to restore like-new appearance.
• Inspect surfaces for imperfections and correct issues.
• Coordinate with GC and other subcontractors as needed.
• Oversee less experienced installers on-site.
