About The Role

The Commercial Driver for the PC Recycle swing shift (1PM-9:30PM) is responsible for collecting, transporting, and processing PCrecycle/electronic waste across the Microsoft Puget Sound campus. Operating a26-foot box truck (CDL not required), this role performs scheduled and on-demand pickups of PC recycle materials, including palletized equipment, server racks, computers, monitors, and miscellaneous electronic peripherals. The driver serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring materials are collected safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established recycling and sustainability processes.

This is a highly physical position that requires frequent walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving materials throughout the shift. Drivers must be comfortable handling a variety of equipment, filling collection bins, building and organizing pallets, and loading and unloading equipment using appropriate material-handling tools. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple pickup requests across a large campus environment.

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Tech Apprentice position is $41, 600 annually and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Tech Apprentice position is $56,160 annually.
