DH Pace Company, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking Commercial Door Technicians to install and repair a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware.

You will service customers, ensure safety, and contribute to growth through a comprehensive training program. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work at heights with a ladder, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking Commercial Door Technicians in Seattle, WA and surrounding locations. In this position, you will be responsible for the repair and/or installation of a variety of building materials, commercial doors, and door hardware.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door and door hardware including roll up doors also known as dock doors, dock equipment, high speed rolling doors and commercial entry doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Pay Range: $53,937 USD - $80,905 USD
