Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in door installation or construction.
• Knowledge of construction processes and familiarity with hand, electric and pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Measure, fit, and install interior and exterior doors, frames, and hardware.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, operation, and finishing of installed doors.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality, functionality, and code compliance.
• Coordinate workflow, schedules, and material needs with project management.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization.
• Follow company safety standards and job site policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
