Klover Contracting Inc. in the Tri-State Area (PA) is seeking a Commercial Door Hardware Carpenter to install, repair, and maintain door hardware in commercial buildings.

You will read blueprints, measure, cut, and install locks, hinges, handles, and closers, ensuring safe operation and security. The role requires several years of carpentry and door hardware experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade curriculum participation preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial door hardware.
• 7+ years’ experience in field carpentry.
• Knowledge and understanding of construction safety devices and PPE.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial door hardware systems.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to determine installation procedures.
• Measure and cut materials to fit door dimensions and hardware requirements.
• Ensure proper alignment, operation and safety of doors and hardware.
• Collaborate with other trades on construction projects.
