Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking a skilled Fabrication Door Specialist to inspect, service, install, and repair commercial doors with precision and professionalism. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced, values-driven environment focused on safety, integrity and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or a related technical field.
• Experience with commercial doors, frames, hardware, or similar products preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure, take accurate measurements, and perform basic math.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and basic equipment.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.
• Read and understand instructions and procedure manuals.
• Accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math skills.
• Identify needed repairs and have a basic understanding of equipment.
