Key Responsibilities:

  2. Revenue & Growth: Oversee revenue initiatives and expand market presence.
  3. Partnerships & Negotiations: Lead negotiations, secure strategic alliances, and manage key contracts.
  4. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the commercial team, fostering high performance.
  5. Industry Representation: Represent SOTA at global industry events to enhance market visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior commercial leadership within the sports industry.
  • Successful track record in revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert market data into strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
